Level 2 adds hands-on delivery support to our advisory service. It includes a dedicated project team to manage interviews, gather requirements, plan effectively, and lead a structured system selection process - typically covering Phases 3 and 4.
What’s included:
Includes all Level 1 services plus dedicated project resource
Supports interviews, requirements gathering, and project planning
Includes Level 1 services, plus a dedicated project team made up of a Senior Associate, Requirements Coordinator, and Associate to support full project delivery.
Enables a controlled and structured system selection process (typically Phases 3 & 4)
When its useful:
When you need expert support to manage a specific tech project from planning through to selection
When your internal team lacks the capacity or experience to run a full selection process
When you want to ensure system choice is based on clear, well-documented requirements and user input

Level 3 provides accelerated support for time-sensitive projects, covering configuration, implementation, and training within a fixed timeline. Additional project days are included to ensure successful delivery under pressure.
What’s included?
Typically used during Phases 5 and 6, where configuration, implementation, and training must be delivered within a defined timeline.
Includes additional project days to accelerate delivery and ensure success within a shorter or fixed timeframe.
Level 2 + additional days to deliver the project within a hard timeline.
When it’s useful?
When there’s a hard deadline or time-critical project milestone
When a project needs rescuing or has stalled and requires fast-track delivery
When configuration, implementation, and training must happen within a compressed timeframe

We believe in clear, controlled costs with no long-term contracts. Our pricing reflects the level of support you need - whether it’s strategic guidance, full project delivery, or urgent project rescue:
Partner rates: £945/day.
Project resource rates: £495-£720/day.
No long contracts – clients remain in control.
Work is delivered through an approved purchase order with a clear scope of services, a cost estimate, and a capped fee to ensure full transparency.
