Independent of software vendors, suppliers and implementation partners, the focus is straightforward: representing the client’s interests and helping keep projects moving, suppliers accountable, risks controlled and decisions made.
About Alex Hutchinson
Alex works with Managing Partners, CEOs, COOs, Operations Directors, Technology Directors and Practice Directors when an important technology or systems initiative needs experienced leadership.
His role is not to replace internal technology or operational teams. It is to provide dedicated senior leadership when a significant project needs more time, ownership and attention than existing teams can reasonably provide alongside their day-to-day responsibilities.
Alex can become involved before a decision has been made, helping evaluate options, validate requirements and lead supplier selection. His primary role, however, is leading what happens next: establishing governance, coordinating stakeholders, challenging suppliers, managing risk, maintaining momentum and driving the project through to delivery.
Projects can include Practice Management, Case Management and Document Management Systems, CRM, data and workflow platforms, AI initiatives, operational systems and wider technology-enabled change.
