We provide independent technology leadership for specialist law firms, typically employing between 20 and 150 people, undertaking significant systems, software and AI change.
We work alongside Partners, COOs, Managing Partners and leadership teams to help firms make confident technology decisions, maintain control of delivery and hold suppliers accountable throughout technology change.
Our advice is independent and vendor-neutral. We are not a software vendor, managed service provider or implementation partner. We act solely in the interests of our clients, providing experienced leadership, governance and oversight where technology decisions carry operational, financial and reputational risk.
Since 2019, we have worked exclusively with law firms and regulated practices, helping them navigate major technology decisions, oversee complex change programmes and ensure technology investments deliver value in practice.
The firm is led by Alex Hutchinson, who brings extensive experience in technology leadership, supplier management, systems selection and delivery oversight. His approach is practical, commercially focused and grounded in the realities of how law firms operate.
