I work alongside Partners, COOs, Managing Partners and leadership teams to help firms make confident technology decisions, strengthen governance and hold suppliers accountable throughout periods of technology change.
Alongside major technology change, I support firms with Legal Ops and delivery improvement. Mapping matter journey, identifying bottlenecks and aligning workflows with existing systems and AI tools to improve capacity and reduce risk. This helps firms reduce strain, protect lawyers’ time and improve profitability without unnecessary disruption.
All advice is independent and vendor-neutral. Not a software vendor, managed service provider or implementation partner, I act solely in the interests of our clients, providing experienced leadership, governance and oversight where technology decisions carry operational, financial and reputational risk.
Since 2019, I have worked exclusively with law firms and regulated practices, helping them navigate major technology decisions, oversee complex technology initiatives and maximise the value of technology investment.
Work is led by me (Alex Hutchinson), bringing extensive experience in applying technology leadership, supplier accountability, systems selection and technology governance to law firms. The approach is practical, commercially focused and grounded in the realities of how law firms operate.
